High-precision plastic injection molding
We manufacture plastic components through injection molding, with a focus on quality, repeatability, and production efficiency. From mold development to material selection, each stage is carefully controlled to ensure mechanical performance and aesthetic finishes consistent with project specifications. The department is equipped with state-of-the-art presses and supported by an experienced technical team capable of meeting the needs of industries such as automotive, electronics, electrical engineering, and industrial design.
Machining Section
High-precision components designed for prototyping and small-scale production.
We provide subcontract mechanical machining for single parts and small batches, ideal for prototyping and custom production.
We operate with continuous 5-axis CNC machining centers, working with materials such as Ergal, special steels, high-strength aluminum, and stainless steel.
Maximum workable dimensions: 1400 x 1000 x 600 mm.
Non-certified welding is also available for assemblies and prototypes.
